requirements for an agreed duration. No matter what the size of your
business, we can tailor a contract to fit your budget. We can

Some standard contract packages are:
FULLY COMPREHENSIVE - All parts
and labour for both planned preventative maintenance and service
calls are provided within the contract for an agreed fixed sum.
LABOUR COMPREHENSIVE - Giving
the advantage of a fixed budget for all labour, purchasing parts as
and when they are required additional to the contract value.
FIXED PRICE MAINTENANCE - An
agreed content and quantity of maintenance visits per year for a
fixed sum. Quotations are submitted for additional works either
during the maintenance or upon completion and all service calls
would be additional to contract but at favourable labour rates.
Our pro active nature has taken us into the fields of Vibration
Analysis, Oil Sampling and Non Destructive Testing. All of these
provide an insight into the plant we are maintaining and can help to
plan for maintenance rather than waiting for breakdowns
fully computerised office support allows for us to instantly issue
up to date reports. From leak testing and gas usage to plant
downtime, we can effectively monitor your Refrigeration and Air
Conditioning equipment, allowing analysis of efficiency and
performance. As part of the contract we can offer individual one off
reports and/or specific periodic reports to show the results clearly
and concisely.
